He had served his National Military Service for 2 years and 6 months in the Singapore Armed Forces.
Z Lim graduated in 3 years with a BSBA Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Double Majors in Accounting and Management at Olin Business School in Washington University Saint Louis Missouri USA.
Z Lim was running 3 businesses full-time and studied part-time for 2 years and graduated with a MSc TIP Master of Science in Technopreneurship and Innovation Programme at Nanyang Technopreneurship Center in Nanyang Technological University SINGAPORE.
Z Lim is the Founder and Managing Director of AZ Prime Pte Ltd and Haus Design And Build Pte Ltd. He is a self-made businessman who started his companies from scratch with his own savings with no loan and no investment from other people and company. He had consistently made profits in his businesses through merits, will, commitment, discipline and sacrifice.
Z Lim had personally secured and project managed many multi-millions Design & Build (D&B) Projects, Additions & Alterations Works (A&A) Projects and Supply & Installation of Marbles, Granites, Natural Stones and Ceramic Tiles for Residential, Commercial and Hotel Projects.
Through grit, Z Lim weathered the 1998 Asian Financial Crisis, 2000 Dot-Com Bubble Burst, 2001 September 9/11, 2003 SARS Crisis, 2008 Global Financial Crisis and 2020 COVID-19 Crisis. He is a tried, time-tested and proven bona fide serial Entrepreneur with focus and attention to details for high-end luxury projects. Every project is different and require organization, collaboration, creativity, technical expertise and determination.
